Rewind for PTSD – Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

If you suffer from distressing flashbacks or nightmares about a traumatic event that happened to you, or if you find yourself avoiding certain places that remind you of a bad experience, you may be suffering from PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). Witnesses, relatives and close friends can also suffer from post traumatic stress, even though they are not the victim of the traumatic experience.

I am one of a growing number of therapists who use the Rewind technique for safe, fast and effective results for PTSD. It takes just two sessions, held at least two weeks apart, and aims to move the trauma to a more comfortable place, so that you are not continually plagued by unwanted images or bad memories of the experience.
