INDIVIDUALS
We start with an initial consultation or ‘assessment’, followed by an agreed number of 50-minute sessions, usually at the same time each week, for as long as you want or need to continue
One-to-one counselling – usually up to 12 weekly sessions. Some clients feel much better after a few sessions; most clients come for at least six
One-to-one psychotherapy – weekly sessions for several months, and sometimes for a year or more
Skype and telephone counselling – of course, I’d prefer that we meet face-to-face, but if we can’t then I am happy to arrange that we talk by phone, or preferably by Skype

COUPLES
Couples counselling – usually six to 12 weekly sessions, with long-term support if required

GROUP
Group therapy – up to six people meet with me once a week for 6 weeks, and then decide if they want to continue for another term. Most group members have attended one-to-one counselling previously, usually with me.
